Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is within Germany. and to the following countries : Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Israel, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Mayotte, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Réunion, San Marino, Serbia, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City .

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 2-4 working days, and for deliveries abroad, 3-7 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Further details regarding payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit payment date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account on the notified date.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
